Company Secretary

Craig McNab is a highly experienced CFO and company secretary with over 14 years of expertise in the resources sector and accounting profession across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

He began his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving into senior finance positions with the De Beers Group, followed by corporate roles at Anglo American plc in London.

Now providing corporate services to a number of ASX-listed companies, Craig specializes in corporate compliance, governance, and financial accounting. Based in Australia, he also serves as the nominated contact for ASX communications under Listing Rule 12.6.

Craig continues to support the company’s governance and compliance during its transition from Lykos Metals to Yugo Metals.
