David Wheeler has more than 30 years of experience in senior executive management, directorships, and corporate advisory. He is a founding Director and Partner of Pathways Corporate, a boutique advisory firm serving family offices, private clients, and ASX-listed companies.

Throughout his career, David has been involved in ventures across the USA, UK, Europe, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East.

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he has held numerous public and private board positions. Today, he continues to provide leadership through multiple directorships and advisory roles.

David brings this wealth of experience to Yugo Metals (formerly Lykos Metals), guiding the company through its next phase of growth.
