Mihajlo Matkovic brings over a decade of legal experience with a top international law firm based in London. He has advised on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the Western Balkans, focusing on Banking & Finance, Projects & Energy, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, and White-Collar & Government Investigations.
He has played a significant role in PPP projects, concessions, project financing, aviation, and renewable energy, supporting both international financial institutions and contractors across financing, construction, and operational phases.
Mihajlo has also guided corporations and banks through complex dispute resolution and investigations, covering civil litigation, regulatory inquiries, bankruptcies, and restructurings.

Advising the Government of Serbia on the Belgrade Airport Concession.
Supporting the Bank of China with its Serbian subsidiary setup and compliance.
Assisting General Electric on financing the first large-scale wind farm in the Western Balkans.
