Overview
The Monte Project is a polymetallic copper-gold exploration target with strong silver, zinc and lead credits. High-grade surface samples and visible copper mineralisation highlight the prospectivity of this underexplored licence.
The project offers exposure to both porphyry-style and structurally controlled vein mineralisation within a favourable geological corridor.
Geology & Mineralisation
Monte (Cajnice) is characterised by copper oxide and sulphide mineralisation exposed in rocky cliff faces and historical workings. The polymetallic signature — copper, gold, silver, zinc and lead — is typical of a mineral system with both porphyry and epithermal-vein potential.
Visible copper staining and quartz-sulphide veining have been mapped across multiple prospects within the licence.
Exploration History & Results
Rock-chip sampling by Yugo Metals has returned exceptional grades of up to 10.5% Cu and 155 g/t Ag, confirming the presence of a robust mineralising system. These results define clear priority targets for follow-up.
Historical records document small-scale mining and prospecting across the district, underscoring the endowment of the area.
Next Steps
The Company intends to conduct detailed mapping, geochemical surveys and geophysics to define drill-ready targets across the Monte (Cajnice) licence.
